If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange within 14 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.

If the returned goods are found to be damaged (for instance showing signs of wear, abrasion, nicks, scratches, deformation, etc.), not complete with all parts and accessories (including unaltered labels still attached to the product), the original packaging and packing, the customer shall be accountable for the decreased value of the product, and be entitled to receive a refund equal to the residual value of the product.
Angostura can also decide to not accept the return and send the item back to you at your own expenses. To this purpose, you are kindly requested not to handle the product other than as strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, and to use the original packaging of the products plus further protective packaging that will keep them intact and protect them from writing or labels. To request a return kindly write an email to info@angosturajewels.com.com including the order’s number and email address used for the purchase: you will receive a withdrawal confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the products.
angostura does not cover shipping costs of any items returned and will charge you for the shipping costs to return the products.
To exercise a right of withdrawal in returning faulty and non-conforming goods, the consumer must notify angostura srl, a company incorporated under italian laws, with registered office in Vicolo Della Campana, 17 Rome of his intentions by sending an email to info@angosturajewels.com.
In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform with the contract at the time of delivery, you should return the product to us at the address indicated on the ticket that you will receive with the product on delivery or later indicated by email. We will fully examine the returned product and will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.
Products returned by you because of a defect, where one exists, will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us,
not later than 14 days from the day on which angostura receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may however withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. All refunds will be wired using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you request the refund to be made using a different means of payment.
In this case, you will be charged all additional costs incurred to refund the amount to the different means of payment you choose. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalized products (made to order) which are non-returnable.
Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. As with returns, angostura does not cover the shipment costs of any items sent back.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: angostura via Tunisi, 45 Roma. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
